Artificial Intelligence: Friend and Foe

AI Workshop Introduction:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is experiencing daily increases in performance and functionality. However, the number of risks and incidents is also growing (AI Gone Wrong). External threats like phishing scams will become more sophisticated and internal threats like the inadvertent release of customer information will become more likely. The impact of such possibilities ranges from damage to your brand, financial jeopardy due to lawsuits, or even the irrecoverable loss of your data. While lack of preparation and training will negatively impact your bottom line, the opposite is also true.

AI will solve and create problems that must be well understood to best serve your company, clients, and entire ecosystem. Your clients and employees want guidance on how AI will impact your services and interactions with them. Being there to guide them through the changes requires thought leadership and preparation. Fortunately, these investments will be repaid in increased productivity, loyalty and trust.

Note: This workshop is designed for a non-technical audience. However, your technical/engineering teams will also benefit. Though they may understand how AI works, they may not understand its pitfalls or how to use it ethically and responsibly.
