Mendy M. Ouzillou
Growing up in an entrepreneurial and highly creative family combined with my passion for science and engineering, I developed an ability to adapt quickly to new situations, find novel solutions to difficult problems, and create great teams empowered to execute those solutions.
My path to becoming a business consultant and executive coach started as a design engineer and then shifted to business management and product marketing. When I later realized that my greatest satisfaction came from enabling my teams and the people I mentored to succeed, that was when I found my professional calling.
