A Commitment for Moving Forward Together

The level of success you will achieve is directly proportional to your overall commitment to the process, your engagement in your success, and how I am empowered and enabled throughout the process. You can read more about my professional attributes to ensure we will enjoy a great partnership.

Commitment to the Process

As simple and reductive as it may seem, being committed to the process is all that is necessary to achieve success. Regardless of the goals of a coaching, team development or consulting engagement, the basic premise is that the status quo (related to financial, organizational, personal, etc.) has become so unbearable or overly self-limiting that something has to change. In this minset, you are now ready and committed to dedicate to the work, time, and efforts required to make long-lasting, impactful, and positive changes.

Speed, Empowerment, and Enablement

You are busy, and therefore, my engagements are time-limited to ensure accountability and responsiveness from all parties. As your steadfast partner in your success, I will ask for your support in return when necessary. I move as quickly as I am empowered and enabled so that I can provide you with clear schedules and deliverables.

Transparency

The quality and effectiveness of the engagement are directly related to the quality and depth of the information made available to me. I depend on you and/or your team to provide the accurate information and nuanced perspectives necessary to clearly establish the scope of the problem, generate actionable insights, and create practical plans and milestones.

Communications

You can expect straight talk and candor during our discussions, even on topics of the most sensitive nature—all within a nonjudgmental environment of absolute confidentiality.

Should the service engagement require interviewing members of the management team or employees, or conducting 360-degree assessments, these interviews and/or results will be kept strictly confidential unless express permission by the participants has been provided. The client will receive summaries and general observations that protect individuals interviewed or those asked to participate in an assessment. Trust is a fragile gift that I steadfastly protect.
