Navigating your career with purpose first requires removing any perceived barriers and establishing the aspects of your professional and personal life that give you meaning. Career coaching will help you discover your “wants” and “needs”; however, it is equally important to establish what you are willing to tolerate and what you will never tolerate based on your core values. Once those aspects have been defined and refined, we can clarify your goals and purpose. Finally, we can systematically identify the changes that, once made, can enable you to live a more balanced and purpose-driven life while pursuing and emphasizing the aspects of your career that bring you the greatest satisfaction.

As a top performer, work demands a significant portion of your time and attention. Whether you spend 40 or 80 hours per week working, that time is greater than you spend each week on nearly any other activity outside of work, including perhaps sleep. This level of intensity can make you feel like you are simply reacting to the immediate work at hand, trapped and rudderless, questioning your value, or myriad other feelings that make you dread going to work tomorrow. When that dread becomes unmanageable, it can worsen performance, focus, relationships, and even sleep, thus further creating or amplifying negative emotions.

Details and Proposed Process:

  1. We choose to work together, allowing a great fit to yield great results.
    • Every aspect of our engagement remains strictly confidential.
    • I move at your pace and will partner with you to accomplish some, all, or even more than your original objectives.
    • My coaching focuses on context only, such as addressing behaviors or ideas that hold you back, and creating a positive, forward-looking attitude. Content development is left to the client, though I am always happy to provide coaching and guidance to ease the process.
  2. Please review my engagement process. Should you have any questions, let’s discuss them during our introductory call.
  3. During a follow-up call, we will finalize the terms, development goals, and desired outcomes before signing the contract.
  4. Sessions are 1-hour long and held on the same weekday and time. Typical engagements are set to meet once per week for the first half and then once per month for the second half. The meeting schedule is customizable.
    • Sessions are conducted using teleconference applications, such as Zoom.
