Introduction
Familiarity with the client’s professional environment accelerates establishing a relationship but is often unnecessary to achieve excellent results. I have enjoyed working across many industries, markets and geographies, and come from a diverse background spanning many cultures and identities, allowing me to quickly develop a rapport with my clients while maintaining a nonjudgmental and supportive attitude to our differences.
Though my background is in Science, Engineering, Technology, and Math (STEM), I work with all introspective clients regardless of industry or market. I have worked with military leaders, HR executives, and senior leaders in medical, legal, and financial roles. I also have a strong background in arts and creative enterprises, allowing me to draw on highly varied experiences and apply them to my coaching practice.
