Sociability Ceiling™ Coaching Program: A 2-Phase Engagement for Analytical, Introverted Leaders

The Sociability Ceiling™ Coaching Program is MMOmentum’s proprietary executive coaching program for analytical, introverted leaders who want to develop the sociability skills required to break through into executive roles and manage the social demands of senior leadership effectively and authentically.

The program also benefits executive leaders who recognize potential talent in their leadership pipeline but are unsure how to help them develop the executive sociability skills required for advancement.

Phase 1: Executive Sociability™ Training Module

This phase focuses on recognizing the internal and external barriers that prevent analytical, introverted leaders from being recognized as effective leaders beyond the director level. The Executive Sociability™ Training Module helps clients develop effective communication and influence skills, lean into executive relationships without feeling inauthentic, and apply their analytical strengths to the development of people skills.

Phase 2: Social Grit™ Training Module

This phase focuses on the techniques and strategies needed to manage the strain on one’s social energy bank account as the social demands of a new role increase. The Social Grit™ Training Module helps clients build mindset, refined strategies, and new behaviors to manage the drain of social interactions, and in some cases, find ways to become energized by them.
